What we collect

Your name, email address and mobile number when you create an account; details of your animals (names, breed, dates of birth, microchip numbers, parentage); documents you upload, such as vet records and photos; and records of payments (amount, status and the payment reference from our payment partner).

How we use it

To process registrations, certifications and show entries; to issue and verify certificates; to contact you about your applications; and to keep the registry accurate.

What is public

The public verification page shows a certified animal's registered name, breed, sex, date of birth, parents, the breeder's name and the last four digits of its microchip. Your email address, phone number and uploaded documents are never shown publicly.

Sharing

Payments are processed by PayU, which receives the details needed to take the payment. We do not sell your information.

Storage and your rights

Uploaded documents are kept in private storage, available only to you and our registrars. Registry records are kept permanently because pedigrees depend on them. You can ask to see or correct your personal information by writing to us.
