Refund Policy

Application fees

Certification and litter registration fees cover the review of your application by our registrars. If you need to cancel an application, write to us with your payment reference before it has been reviewed.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice for the same application, or money was taken for a payment that shows as failed, we refund the extra or failed amount in full to the original payment method once it is confirmed with our payment partner.

How to request a refund

Email support@inkci.in with your name, the application and the payment reference shown under "Payments" in the Breeder Portal. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times apply.
